POSTGRADUATE PROGRAMMES
CIWA Postgraduate programme consist of courses leading to the award of M.A., MTh., STL and Ph.D. degrees and Post-graduate Diploma in various branches of Theology and Canon Law. The courses are open only to persons who are already graduates in Religious Studies and/or Theology. The M.A. P.G.D and Ph.D. in Pastoral Communication are open to graduates in Communication Studies or its equivalent.

Post Graduate Diploma in Pastoral Communication
To be eligible for admission into the programme, candidates must have a good honours degree in Philosophy, Theology or in any other Humanity from any recognised University. Candidates with HND Upper Credit in communication related subjects are also eligible for admission into the programme. The programme aims to provide in a single intensive year the equivalent of the four year undergraduate programme. It is intended for those wishing to acquire basic communication knowledge or pursue a career in communication studies but have no first degree in that field. It is also for Public Relations Officers, Editors and Press Secretaries wishing to deepen their knowledge of religious communication.
